DANCE & PERFORMING ARTS ~ MARCH NEWSLETTER 2008
RECITAL
COSTUMES Last chance to order costumes for the June recital
is March 1st.
Please note there are no refunds on costumes. When costumes begin
arriving they will be tried on in dance class and then sent home
with you. At a later date, your instructors will discuss with you
and also send home a notice to let you know the hair and make up
style, tights and shoes to be worn & accessories. If costume
alterations need to be made we will set a date for our in house
seamstress to be at the studio to assist you.
YOUR INSTRUCTORS It is a good idea to know your
instructors name and the name of recital song. It will be much easier
to recognize when the schedule for pictures, dress rehearsal and
order of recital program are posted in the lobby.
PLEASE DO NOT MISS DANCE CLASS Your instructors
do not want you to fall behind on learning your recital dance. The
students work hard all year on technique and preparing for the recital.
It is not fair to the rest of the class if you are absent or you
show up late. You need to remain committed to your instructor and
fellow classmates. If you must miss class, please call in your absence.
