Peretti
Becky, a graduate of SJSU, is co-owner and our tap
director, as well as founder of Tiny Tappers which teaches dance
to preschools. Becky has a great love for teaching all ages. Her
award-winning choreography is dynamic and exciting.
Becky is an extremely talented teacher, choreographer
and performer. For over twenty years she has been an avid student
of tap, jazz and ballet.
As a result of her participation in pageants, she
garnered the title of Miss Alameda County in 1985, allowing her
to compete in the Miss California pageant. A 1988 graduate of San
Jose State University, Becky served as Delta Gamma president and
was honored as one of the Outstanding Young Women of America in
1987 by the United States Collegiate Board of Trustees.
In 1985 she danced at Superbowl XIX, and was one of
the Warrior Girls of the Golden State Warriors professional basketball
team. An active member of Dance Masters of America, Becky and her
zealous devotion to the art of dance are tremendous resources for
students of Mission Dance and Performing Arts.
