What is Zumba? What's
so special about my private zumba classes when compared to those
offered at big scale fitness centers or health clubs?
Here are the answers to
your doubts:
Zumba is a dance fitness
program that combines latin and international music with dance in
an effort to make exercise fun! "MUSIC", is the key ingredient
to Zumba Classes! I spend
a lot of time in searching high & low to find a great variety
of music selections - pop music, Cha Cha, Salsa, Mambo, Cumbia,
Samba,
Reggaetton, Bollywood
(also known as Bhangra-Indian style dancing), Belly Dancing, Rumba,
Jazz, Flamenco, and Merengue, then created my own choreography
based on the specific
beats, tempos, and the tone of the music itself. So therefore every
routine of mine is quite unique in it's own flavor & syle without
too many
repetitions of the same
moves from one another. Overall, my classes stress on the "dance"
workout more than the average "aerobic" style Zumba commonly
seen
or done at other fitness
centers, but it's even a better & efficient workout from toning,
strenthening and cardio-targets every major musclegroup in the whole
body
while there is never a
boring moment repeating the same tedious simple moves. You will
be merged into the beautiful rhythms dancing out your own workout
without even noticing
it!
I started teaching Zumba
at 24 Hour Fitness and one of the members trulp appreciated my class
and brought his church members to do the private group classes
at Mission Dance and so
here I am - the Zumba instructor with MDPA! Members from 24 Hour
Fitness & Club Sport, who truly appreciate the difference &
my unique
style of Zumba, pay extra
to come to my private classes at Mission Dance. One of my students
who is a Club Sport member made the following comments, quoted:
1. "I go to Clubsport,
they have Zumba every weekday, but it's not as fun as Nadia's, not
even close and it's very crowded".
2. " I really like
the way you teach and you are so much fun! I don't really like to
workout so it's great that I have found a class I actually look
forward to going to".

wonderful dance workout with me!
CLASS
SCHEDULE - MONDAY 10:00 AM, WEDNESDAY 10:00 AM, THURSDAY (beginners)
10:00 AM, FRIDAY 10:00 AM & , FRIDAY 7:30 PM.
Class
Fee: $10 walk-in/ $8 paid in advance. Dress Attire: Active wear,
comfortable work out clothes, athletic shoes. Bring a small towel
and water.
Note:
Please eat light at least 1.5 hours before you come to class and
not too much liquid consumption before class since a lot of abs
& core work are involved
in
the latin base dance workout.
