Nicole Silva

Nicole is a senior at American High School in Fremont, CA. She has extensive training in tap, both locally and nationally.

Nicole has competed since age 5 winning numerous top overall scores and titles. She has danced with Mission Dance and Performing Arts for the past 5 years, and has held the titles of Miss Teen Dance USA, Miss Dance Kids Artistic Review and Dance of the Year for Rainbow Connection.

In December 2001, Nicole performed in New York in an off Broadway Production called “Break The Floor” choreographed by former Tap Dog Gil Storming where she performed with tap masters Greg Russel, Mike Minery, and many more. She is also one of the youngest dancers on the adult Tap Explosion team. Nicole receives private instruction from renowned tap teacher Bob Mackey in San Bruno, CA.
